    The boyfriend of the mother of a missing 18-month-old girl has been charged with obstruction of justice.

    Steven King II was charged today in the case of Elaina Steinfurth, who was last reported seen at an East Toledo home June 2.

    Elaina’s mother, Angela Steinfurth, remains in Lucas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond on a charge of obstructing official business in the investigation into Elaina’s disappearance
