Police on lookout 
for bank robber

DUNDEE, Mich. — Authorities were looking for a man who used a gun Monday to rob the United Bank and Trust in this Monroe County community.

No one was injured, Dundee police said.

A man walked into the bank at 260 Tecumseh St., about 9:25 a.m., displayed a note announcing the robbery, and showed a small black handgun to a bank teller. Once the robber received an unknown amount of cash, he "quietly walked out of the bank," according to a written statement released by police.

The gunman was described by police as being white, in his mid-20s, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and “very skinny.”

No vehicle was seen, police said.
