Toledo woman faces federal sex trafficking charges

A Toledo woman is facing federal sex trafficking charges for allegedly taking a teenager across state lines in 2009.

Amber Ginter, who is also known as Amber Mendoza, 35, is charged with interstate sex trafficking.

Officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office said that the charges, which were filed today, allege that Ms. Ginter took an Ohio girl to Michigan in December, 2009, for the girl to "engage in commercial sexual activity."
