Gunfire reported in Old West End

At least one person was reported wounded late Saturday as gunfire was reported in several Old West End locations, authorities said.

Toledo police converged on the area.

Callers phoned 911 about 11:20 p.m. to report gunshots in the 2200 blocks of Parkwood and Scottwood avenues and in the 600 block of Virginia Street. One caller said that two vehicles exchanged gunfire as they sped down Hollywood Avenue.

Police were told that one victim was driven by a vehicle to a hospital before officers and rescue crews arrived.
