BOWLING GREEN — A Fostoria man who was hurt seriously in a Sunday motorcycle crash has died.

A dispatcher from the Bowling Green Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said they learned Monday night from the Lucas County coroner’s office that Duane Baker, 51, had died.

Authorities said his Harley-Davidson motorcycle went off U.S. 23 near Pelton Road in southern Wood County, overturned, and threw him into the road. He had been flown to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.

He was not wearing a helmet, troopers said.
