Missing Wauseon man found safe near Cincinnati

WAUSEON -- A rural Wauseon man, reported missing after failing to return home from a doctor's appointment Wednesday, was found safe today near Cincinnati.

Officials at the Fulton County Sheriff's Office said Clarence "Sonny" Whipple, 70, was located in South Lebanon at 3:25 p.m.
