A woman accused of setting a fire at a Springfield Township condominium complex that killed two people, including her father, was ordered today to remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $2 million bond.

Kenya McGhee, 38, is charged with two counts of murder and aggravated arson and one count of aggravated murder, all related to the March 25, 2012, fire at Hidden Cedars Condominiums.

Today she appeared in Lucas County Common Pleas Court before Judge Dean Mandros. She is scheduled to appear again for arraignment Thursday.

Killed in the blaze were Robert McGhee, 61, and Olandia Dixon.

Ms. McGhee was arrested in Houston in July by the U.S. Marshals.

Initially, investigators believed Mr. McGhee set the fire. His death was ruled a suicide and Mr. Dixon's death was ruled a homicide. Both died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Investigators will not say how they came to conclude that Ms. McGhee was responsible for setting the fire.

Ms. McGhee was injured when she jumped from a second-story window as the building burned.
