Train-car collision in Mich. investigated

BRITTON, Mich. — Authorities investigated an incident in which a train and a car collided Tuesday on Blissfield Highway near this Lenawee County community, authorities said.

Injuries were “very minor” and there were no major road closures, according to the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred about 10:30 a.m. south of Pocklington Road, sheriff deputies said.

There was no word of citations. The crash remained under investigation.
