High-speed chase suspect pleads guilty

A Toledo woman who led police on a high-speed chase while a shooting suspect was in her car was placed on community control Thursday for three years.

Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Dean Mandros also ordered Dameisha Foreman, 20, of 4408 Airport Hwy. to spend 60 days in the Lucas County Work Release Program.

Foreman had pleaded guilty to obstructing justice for the June 5 incident in which she drove away from police in the 1200 block of West Sylvania Avenue with Anthony C. Smith, 27, in the car.
