Woman shot in early morning shooting in East Toledo
9/28/2013A woman was shot early today in East Toledo, police said.
Michelle Hinton-Phenix, 34, of Toledo, was reportedly shot at by multiple people, and struck by at least one bullet, at 2660 Consaul St.
The shooting was reported to police at 2:43 a.m.
No additional information was available.
