Toledo police file charges against woman in store robbery

Police have filed charges against a woman who they say robbed a West Toledo convenience store.

An aggravated robbery charge is pending against Virginia Wilcox, 33, of 2414 W. Alexis Rd.

The suspect has not been arrested.

On Sept. 27, at 10:13 p.m., a woman went into the In & Out Mart at 5830 Douglas Rd., and pointed a gun at the clerk, demanding cash.

After getting $200 from the register, the armed woman fled from the store.

The suspect, who lives about one-tenth of a mile from the store, is described as white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
