Bond set at $10,000 for Toledoan who drove car into boyfriend

A Toledo woman who reportedly drove her car into her boyfriend during a break up was in court today.

Danielle Laraby, 23, of 6161 Randon Dr., is charged with aggravated assault.

She was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court and ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond with the option to post a 10 percent cash bond.

According to an affidavit, Ms. Laraby and her now ex-boyfriend, Devin Croley, 21, were having a heated argument in the 3400 block of 145th Street at about 12:35 a.m. when she allegedly drove her vehicle into him.

The victim's injuries did not appear to be life threatening, police said.
