Toledo woman charged in aggravated robbery

A Toledo woman who turned herself in after a robbery at a West Toledo convenience store has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury.

Virginia Wilcox, 34, was charged with aggravated robbery for a Sept. 27 hold-up at the In & Out Mart, 5830 Douglas Rd.

U.S. marshals said the suspect called them from a McDonald’s restaurant at West Alexis Road and Lewis Avenue Oct. 3 to turn herself in after the Northwest Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force made several attempts to apprehend her.
