Pair to be arraigned Tuesday in Findlay drive-by shooting

FINDLAY -- Arraignments for two Findlay men charged in the drive-by shooting of Joe Gutierrez, III earlier this month will be held Tuesday in Findlay Municipal Court.

Ralph G. Harris, III, 20, and Montre Robinson, 20, are each being held in the Hancock County Justice Center in lieu of $1 million bond. They are each are charged with murder.

Mr. Gutierrez, 34, was shot at the intersection of East Foulke Avenue and Crystal Avenue around 1:15 a.m. Nov. 8. He was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Mr. Harris was indicted this week by a county grand jury on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of cocaine in an unrelated case. The same panel indicted Mr. Robinson on one count of aggravated possession of drugs. They were arrested Nov. 8 on those charges.

Police said the men were charged today stemming from the drive-by shooting after interviews were conducted and physical evidence was collected.
