BOWLING GREEN — Authorities said Sunday an unidentified man may have been struck by a hit-and-run driver early that morning along Napoleon Road near Campbell Hill Road.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office said it received a call about the man at 2:45 a.m. The Bowling Green Fire Department took him to Wood County Hospital, where his condition was unknown. Neither the sheriff's office nor the fire department had a name.
"Evidence recovered from the scene indicates the male subject may have been struck by a vehicle," according to a news release from the sheriff's office, which urged anyone with information to call.
