Oregon man, 21, killed hunting in Fulton Co.

LYONS, Ohio — A 21-year-old Oregon man died of an apparent gunshot wound Tuesday in a hunting incident in Fulton County’s Royalton Township, authorities said.

His name was not released.

Fulton County Sheriff Roy Miller in a statement said that a 911 call at 1:52 p.m. reported the incident near State Rt. 109 and County Road N. The hunter was pronounced dead at the scene.

State division of wildlife officers were at the scene.
