DUNDEE, Mich. — A Santa impostor is on the naughty list after robbing the Bank of America in Dundee.

Dundee police Chief David Uhl said the man — described as a slim man about 6 feet tall with scruffy facial hair — robbed the Tecumseh Street bank about 2:15 p.m. Monday.

He wore a blue jacket over a white turtleneck and a dark-colored sweater. A handgun was tucked into the waistband of his blue jeans. The outfit was topped off with sunglasses and a red-and-white Santa hat pulled over his forehead.

Chief Uhl said the man didn’t say much to tellers. “He just told them to fill his bag with money,” he said.

Police don’t know how much money he got away with or the direction he took when he left the building.

No one was hurt.
