Crews on scene as crash caused fuel to leak from two tractor-trailers

OAK SHADE, Ohio -- A multiple-vehicle crash on U.S. 20 and State Rt. 108 in Fulton County's Chesterfield Township late Monday trapped at least one person and caused fuel to leak from two tractor-trailers, authorities said.

One semi was reported to be on its top. Sheriff's deputies said that debris covered the roadway and asked for the Ohio Department of Transportation to detour traffic.

The crash was reported about 11:30 p.m. Fire departments from Fayette, Ohio, and Morenci, Mich., were called to the scene. Also responding was a crew from Swanton to deal with the leaking fuel. 

The number and severity of injuries was not immediately known.
