Flooded Heatherdowns library to reopen today

The Heatherdowns branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library will reopen today after undergoing a cleanup from a broken water pipe.

The meeting rooms in the library at 3265 Glanzman Rd. will not be available until Monday.
