1/26/2014Toledo police are responding to several car crashes as snow continues to fall throughout the area.
Traffic crashes were reported on the 1200 block of Navarre Avenue, to a disabled vehicle near Miami Street and I-75, near Airport Highway and Wenz Road, among other reports that dispatchers were handling around noon. A vehicle also slid off the road on I-75 North at mile marker 201, police said.
Lucas and surrounding counties remain at a Level 2 snow emergency, which means roads are hazardous and drivers should stay off the roads unless travelling is necessary.
