4 men charged after vice sting in Rossford

Four men were arrested Thursday after a vice sting at a Rossford-area hotel.

Charged in Perrysburg Municipal Court with solicitation were Gary Noplis, 42, of Palmyra, Mich.; Timothy Hartzler, 65, of Bluffton; Michael Pinter, 45, of South Lyon, Mich.; and Jim Pheils, 55, of Toledo. The sting was conducted by the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Rossford police, Perrysburg Township police, Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Indentification and Investigation.
