An Oregon woman told police she was pulled out of her Jeep by an armed man who stole her car and ran her over.

Diane Sharlow, 63, was in her Jeep, parked at Meijer, 1500 E. Alexis Rd., at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when she was pulled from the vehicle, according to a Toledo police incident report.

The woman told police the man took her cell phone, showed her a gun, and threw her onto the ground.

As the man fled in her Jeep, he "ran over" the victim. Ms. Sharlow did not suffer life threatening injuries and was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center for treatment, police reported.

Ms. Sharlow's condition was not available.

The suspect was described by authorities as white, heavy-set, and in his mid-20s. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a pair of dark gray pants.

The stolen vehicle, which had not been recovered as of late this morning, is a black 2009 Jeep Liberty with Ohio license plate CFY5342.

Police ask that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
