MONROE — A bicycle rider was seriously injured by a hit-and-run driver late Friday in Monroe Township. Johnathon Aber-crombie, 39, of Monroe was struck at 11:45 p.m. on Telegraph Road south of Seventh Street in the township, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office reported.
