Robert Lee, 28, of 3248 N. Erie St. is charged with three counts of assault and two counts of domestic violence; his bond was set on Friday at $150,000 during arraignment in Toledo Municipal Court.

According to a complaint, Mr. Lee was under arrest on Thursday for domestic violence for allegedly assaulting his brother and mother, when he told Officer Danielle Kasprzak he would headbutt her.
