Man charged in 3 local bank robberies, suspected of 1 in Indiana

A Detroit area man suspected of robbing three local bank robberies and a fourth in Indiana was arrested in Colorado three days after bank robbery in Perrysburg, and was being extradited to Ohio today.

Jason Radigan, 39, is charged with bank robberies at the Charter One Bank, 5150 N Summit St., on Jan. 30, Huntington Bank in Point Place on March 4, and State Bank & Trust Co. branch, 610 E. South Boundary St. in Perrysburg on April 9.

There may be additional charges brought against Mr. Radigan — who was taken into custody in Colorado on April 12 — when he returns to Ohio, said David Dustin, spokesman for the FBI Toledo office.

He is also a suspect in a bank robbery at Wells Fargo Bank in Angola, Ind., on April 1. 

Mr. Dustin would not disclose how much money was stolen at the various branches, citing an ongoing investigation.
