Bond set at $1 million for Toledo murder suspect

Bond was set at $1 million today for a Toledo man accused of murder.

Roderick Colbert, 20, of 985 Post St., was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court for the April 12 assault that resulted in the death of Jeffrey Miller-Lee, 27.

Mr. Colbert will remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of bond.

A second suspect, Jerome Carter, 26, of 2520 Monroe St., was indicted last week for murder and felonious assault. He remains in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $1.5 million bond.

Mr. Miller-Lee died April 15 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center after being removed from life support.
