Numerous drug-related charges were filed Thursday against two Toledo businessmen and an Airport Highway business after a search warrant was executed late last year.

Ahmad Jadallah, 55, of Dearborn, Mich., is charged in Toledo Municipal Court with three counts of trafficking in drugs, four counts of aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of sale of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and 10 counts of personal liability for organizational conduct.

Nabil Shannak, 65, of Perrysburg, is charged in Toledo Municipal Court with two counts of trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and sale of drug paraphernalia.

Omar of Ohio, Inc., is charged with five counts of trafficking in drugs, six counts of aggravated possession of drugs, four counts of sale of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and 16 counts of criminal liability of organizations.

All charges were filed by the Ohio Investigative Unit.

Agents from the unit started investigating the business, also known as Airport Stop, 3326 Airport Hwy., last summer after receiving complaints about possible drug violations. When the search warrant was executed, agents seized synthetic drugs worth an estimated $139,000 and $61,500 cash.

In December, at the time of the search warrant, numerous citations were issued against the liquor permit.
