All charges were filed by the Ohio Investigative Unit.

Agents from the unit started investigating the business, also known as Airport Stop, 3326 Airport Hwy., last summer after receiving complaints about possible drug violations. When the search warrant was executed, agents seized synthetic drugs worth an estimated $139,000 and $61,500 cash.

In December, at the time of the search warrant, numerous citations were issued against the liquor permit.
