3 tractor-trailer rigs were involved in an incident just south of State Rt. 12.
FINDLAY -- Northbound I-75 just south of State Rt. 12 in Findlay has re-opened after being closed today for three crashes involving several tractor-trailer rigs including one that injured a woman, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
The victim, who was driving a motorcycle and crashed into the back of one of the semis, was taken to an area hospital, according to the patrol's Findlay post. Her name and her condition were not released.
The crashes occurred in the northbound lanes about 11:30 a.m. at mile marker 153, 157, and 160, a patrol dispatcher said. The first one was unrelated to the other two, one of which occurred as traffic slowed for the other, the dispatcher said.
Traffic on the interstate returned to normal sometime before 3 p.m., the dispatcher said.
The crash is under investigation.
Findlay, the Hancock County seat, is about 45 miles south of Toledo.
