Two people arrested following fatal Sunday shooting

Two people have been arrested following a shooting Sunday that left one person dead and three others injured.

Tyler J. Jones, 19, of 2719 Brentwood, is charged with one count of murder and three counts of felonious assault, according to a police report.

Areanna M. Coley, 18, of the same address, is charged with one count of obstructing justice.

Gunfire erupted in the 2100 block of Joffre Avenue, east of Upton Avenue and Bancroft Street, about 3:15 p.m. Sunday. Sheymarr Noble, 22, was shot and transported to ProMedica Toledo Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Police assisted Emerson D. Ware, Jr., 26, who had at least one gunshot wound and who was reported in surgery at Toledo Hospital late Sunday, according to Sergeant Tim Noble.

Also injured were Terrelle D. Russell, 27, with a gunshot wound to the hand, at Toledo Hospital, where he was taken by unknown means, and Davon Ballard, 27, with a gunshot wound to the leg, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, where he arrived about an hour after the incident. Both were reported in stable condition.
