A South Toledo gas station was robbed early Thursday by a man who acted as if he had a weapon.
Police said a man went into a Shell station store, 2202 South Reynolds Rd., at 1:12 a.m. and approached the store clerk who was refilling the coffee machine.
The robber demanded the clerk put cash into a white plastic bag. Once he had the money, the man fled the store on foot toward Southwyck Boulevard.
The robber is described as black, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, and black gloves with white hand bones painted on them. Police ask that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
