Twice in the last couple of weeks, a Masonic Temple in West Toledo has been firebombed, authorities said.
Monday, at 4:56 a.m., firefighters were called to the temple at 5025 Secor Rd. after someone apparently tried to set the building on fire, said Lt. Matthew Hertzfeld.
Damage to the property was estimated at $300; investigators found a “device” on scene as evidence, the lieutenant said. No injuries were reported.
The fire Monday, and the first — officials did not have available a date of the fire — remain under investigation.
