Police hoping to find information about stabbing death last month

Toledo police hope someone can help them find those responsible for a man’s stabbing death last month in Point Place.

Thomas Przybysz, 30, of the 4600 block of 283rd St. was found early May 23 near a neighbor’‍s porch, police said. He was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Authorities said the homicide occurred about 3:40 a.m. at the victim’s residence. Neighbors and family members said Mr. Przybysz worked late and the incident happened shortly after he returned home from his shift at Mobis North America, an on-site Chrysler supplier.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward.
