Toledoans arraigned in separate shootings

Three Toledo men accused in various shootings remained in the Lucas County jail Monday night after each was arraigned earlier in the day.

Nathan Green, 28, of 514 Ascot Ave. is charged with felonious assault and obstructing official business. His bond was set at $100,000. Police allege that Mr. Green fired at least three rounds Saturday at Arthur Richardson, in the 400 block of Hyatt Ln., at 1:26 a.m. Mr. Richardson was sitting in a truck that was struck twice. One round went through the driver’s side door.

Mr. Richardson was unhurt.

Officers sent to the shots-fired call said that Mr. Green, who reportedly matched the description of a man with a gun, fled on foot from officers, although he was ultimately caught and arrested, according to court documents.

Bond for Ryan Delbracco, 20, of 3641 Waldorf Dr., charged with felonious assault, was set at $100,000. Police allege that Thursday, Mr. Delbracco shot at Eric Morris; the victim was not injured, according to court documents.

Robert Sherman, 19, of 1738 Milburn Ave. remains in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $200,000 bond for one count of felonious assault. Police allege that Mr. Sherman shot Breon Strozier, 18, in the back on May 15 at Elm and East Hudson streets.
