One dead in Fulton Co. crash
2-vehicle accident reported at State Rt. 109 and U.S. 20
7/8/2014LYONS,Ohio -- One person was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle crash at State Rt. 109 and U.S. 20 in Fulton County‘s Royalton Township on Tuesday evening, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 7:50 p.m.
A car traveling north on State Rt. 109 struck a large, commercial truck operated by Michael J. Viscuso, Jr., 38, of Lomira, Wis., who was not injured, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol. The driver of the car, whose name was not released, pending notification of kin, died.
U.S. 20 was closed for about three hours in Royalton Township, which is about 20 miles west of Toledo.
