Toledo Police raided a house at 1109 Warwick Avenue near Dorr Street at about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, finding drug paraphernalia, heroin, a shotgun, and lab equipment.

Erich Schiehlen, 44, was arrested and charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs, possession of heroin, possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia, Toledo Police Sgt. Joe Heffernan said.

Police also found about 10 ounces of red phosphorus, an ingredient used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
