2 shot in parking lot of bar on Lagrange St.

Two Toledo men were shot yesterday in the rear parking lot of the Lion s Den Bar & Grill, 2814 Lagrange St., authorities said.

Johnny Daniel, 39, was shot in the hand and Kenny Jones, 39, was shot in the hip, police said.

Police responded to a call of a man shot at 2:53 a.m. Shell casings were found in the rear parking lot. Mr. Jones was inside the Lion s Den when police arrived; he was taken to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Mr. Daniel went to the medical center on his own, police said. No information was available from the medical center.

Warrants have been issued for Virgil Williams, 27, of Toledo for two counts of felonious assault, police said.
