Voters decide on issues, candidates, levies

People in Ohio and Michigan headed to the polls in large numbers to decide on statewide issues on collective bargaining and federal health care reform as well as local candidate races and levy issues. Controversial and high-stakes ballot issues lead to an unusually high voter turnout for the off-year election.
