President Obama is to visit Ohio Wednesday, his 25th visit to the state since taking office and his third in less than a month.

The Democratic president is expected to bring his middle-class economic message to struggling Mansfield and Akron. The visit is part of a tour that also is to stop in Florida and Virginia.

Mr. Obama visited Cincinnati last week to contrast his vision for the national economy, taxes, and affordable college education with that of GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney. Mr. Romney was in Toledo, Bowling Green, and Canton two days later. He is currently on an Olympics and foreign policy tour of Europe and Israel.

Vice President Joe Biden and First Lady Michelle Obama were both in the state within days of Mr. Romney's visit.

Specific details on Mr. Obama's visit were not immediately available.
