Biden’s visit to focus
 on U.S. infrastructure

NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio — Vice President Joe Biden plans to deliver some remarks about the nation’s infrastructure Wednesday at the CSX Northwest Ohio Intermodel Terminal, 17000 Deshler Rd., North Baltimore. His speech is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

The terminal is the primary hub of the National Gateway project, a freight network connecting the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, the White House said. Mr. Biden is expected to make the case that infrastructure spending invests in the economy and middle class.

Mr. Biden is to be accompanied by U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx.
