Elections board director in Seneca to leave Jan. 3

TIFFIN — The director of the Seneca County Board of Elections will step down from her post Jan. 3.

Andrea Carroll, who served as director slightly more than two years, said she is leaving for a private-sector job in the processing department at United Insurance Service in Tiffin.

Ms. Carroll said the decision on who will be the next director lies in the hands of the four members of the board of elections.
