Findlay mayor to give annual speech Feb. 24

FINDLAY — Mayor Lydia Mihalik’s State of the City address is set for Feb. 24.

The mayor will give the speech at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of Winebrenner Theological Seminary, 950 N. Main St. in Findlay. She took office in January, 2012.
