3 area mayors to help deliver meals on wheels

Mayors and dignitaries from across the country, including three local mayors, are taking part this week to deliver meals in their communities during a program coordinated nationwide by Meals on Wheels Association of America.

This past year more than 1,530 mayors in the United States delivered meals for their programs.

In the Toledo area, participation will include Sylvania Mayor Craig Stough on Monday, Maumee Mayor Richard Carr today, and Toledo Mayor D. Michael Collins on Wednesday.
