LAS VEGAS — According to their latest financial disclosure statements, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s worth is between $2.9 million and $6.7 million, while U.S. Sen. Dean Heller’s assets are valued between $2.9 million and $9.3 million.

The statements detailing the Nevada senators’ holdings and debts in broad categories were filed this week with the U.S. Senate.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Reid’s most valuable investments are in land and potential minerals in southern Nevada and Arizona.

The Reno Gazette-Journal reports Heller’s hay farm in Lyon County’s Smith Valley is one of his major assets as it’s worth between $1 million and $5 million.

The farm was 38 acres in 2012, but the Republican senator purchased 147 acres of adjacent land last year at a cost of between $500,000 and $1 million.
