Natasha Howard shines in WNBA debut
5/17/2014ROSEMONT, Ill. — Waite graduate Natasha Howard scored 16 points and had 10 rebounds in her pro debut, but it wasn’t enough as the Chicago Sky beat the Indiana Fever 74-71 in the season opener for both teams.
Elena Delle Donne had 23 points, and Jessica Breland added 13 for Chicago.
Shavonte Zellous added 14 for the Fever, who led by 18 points in the first. Indiana had beaten the Sky in 11 of the last 12 meetings.
