    Saturday’s game: The Mud Hens snapped a four-game losing streak with a 7-4 offensive outburst at Fifth Third Field Saturday. Toledo got home runs from Edwin Espinal and Jarrod Saltalamacchia, and five of their nine hits went for extra bases in the victory.

    Weather: While the forecast calls for some cloudiness Sunday, there is no rain in the forecast. And the temperatures during the day will be in the mid-90s before “cooling off” into the high 80s in the early evening.

    Notes: Toledo has a 20-11 record in games decided by one or two runs, the best mark in the International League. ... While the Mud Hens are 36-0 in games where they take a lead into the ninth inning, they have yet to come back and win a game in the 25 contests where they trailed entering the ninth. ... Detroit’s Liriano, who is expected to make a rehab start for the Hens today, would become the 19th pitcher to start a contest for Toledo this season. That would tie Gwinnett for the most for an IL team in 2018.
