It's baseball season and the Homes Builders Association of Greater Toledo is sponsoring "The Home Run" for you. For the fourth consecutive yea, the HBA is hosting a multi-site Parade of Homes.
Developed and constructed by members of this fine association, the 2003 HBA Modern Builders Supply Scattered Site Parade of Homes will feature 23 homes, scattered throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Since its inception in 2000 the paid scattered site format has grown tremendously.
Each residence exhibits the latest trends in construction, interior design, landscaping and technology. This year we are pleased to welcome Modern Builders Supply as the title sponsor of this parade and the HBA is proud to have their support in this event. The Home Run would not be possible without the support of Modern Builders Supply and other local companies like Charter One Bank, The Blade, The Andersons, and Buckeye CableSystem.
We hope you will patronize them with your business as they continue to give back to this community. The uniqueness of this parade is that only one ticket is required to view all twenty-three of these beautiful homes. Discount tickets are available at Toledo area Anderson stores and Charter One Banks. Tickets are also available at each of the homes. Children 12 and under are free. The homes will be open Thursday and Fridays, 5-8 p.m.,Saturday and Sunday, 1-8 p.m., closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The 2003 HBA MBS Scattered Site Parade is a great format because builders are able to get a lot of "face time" with people. Some of the people come back several times. For builders, the best thing is that people are able to stop and appreciate the quality and effort a builder puts into his house. It is the perfect format to show quality, design and ability.
There is a consistent flow of traffic and the builders are able to expose people to their products at a location that they perhaps did not know they had to offer. The scattered site format allows builders to talk one-on-one with home buyers and give them individual attention. For more information regarding directions to the homes, please visit www.toledoblade.com/hba or see the Thursday, July 24 issue of The Blade for the insert, which is the same information that the parade attendees receive as their program. The 600+ members of The Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo are ready to assist you in building the home of your dreams.
