VIDEO STORE FOR TOLEDO'S OLD ORCHARD

An excavating machine frames workers on the third store of the Galaxy Video chain, on Central Avenue at Cheltenham Road in Toledo's Old Orchard neighborhood. The store, owned by Ali and Katherine Eskandari, is to open June 1.
