The City of Sylvania Planning Commission is expected to review plans for the construction of a CVS pharmacy on the corner of Sylvania Avenue and King Road.

At 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, the planning commission will review a request made by the Dearborn Land Investments care of Zaremba Group to have the zoning for the property at the intersection of Sylvania and King changed from heavy industrial to general business in order for a free-standing CVS pharmacy store to be built in place of an existing building. The property is adjacent to Andersons Food Market, 7638 Sylvania Ave. The proposed building will be approximately 13,000 square feet.
