Wood County: 1,094 mortgages, 1,263 deeds recorded in Q4
1/20/2014County Recorder Julie Baumgardner reports that her office recorded 1,263 deeds in the final quarter of 2013 and 1,094 mortgages. The office remitted $249,040.76 to the county during the quarter.
